Apps and other tools

A few picks from my regular list of apps that I use in my work. My current project management tool for my team and I is Nifty PM. I combine this with Plutio, as they have a well-working invoicing system.

Basecamp

Basecamp

In 2024, my team and I switched to Basecamp. Our previous PMS app was crap (Nifty). It felt good to get back on Basecamp after being away for years. We got more overview, and it was easier to create project and task templates. Plus, setting up recurring tasks. Love it.

Surfshark VPN - Better Privacy

Surfshark VPN - Better Privacy

My VPN recommendation. They are fast, have lots of servers, and are NOT located in the U.S. A VPN is never super-secure and won't make you anonymous, but it improves keeping you and your client's security when working on the go.
