Below are my only recommendations for WordPress page builders. When you are building your WordPress websites, I never recommend using a free or premium WordPress "theme" (Unless it's a full page builder). Keep it flexible. Own your creativity.

A free and open source custom post type and custom fields plugin for WordPress that I have been using for many projects. It is my usual go-to plugin when I need to build a custom WordPress set up. Either create new post-types, custom fields, or both.

Through my years of working with a huge list of clients, ConvertKit is clearly the one email service my clients actually use. And enjoy working with. I also use it for my own email newsletters and promotions.

They are a service providing a very flexible tool to create and sell your courses and digital/physical products. Build beautiful looking payment forms, with up-sell, down-sell, plus other options. ThriveCart is used by most of my premium clients.
Most clients struggle making video work well on their website. But Swarmify will auto-format YouTube and Vimeo, plus other file formats, and stream it with almost instant playback and zero load time. All my clients building virtual summit websites use Swarmify.
A few picks from my regular list of apps that I use in my work. My current project management tool for my team and I is Nifty PM. I combine this with Plutio, as they have a well-working invoicing system.
In 2024, my team and I switched to Basecamp. Our previous PMS app was crap (Nifty). It felt good to get back on Basecamp after being away for years. We got more overview, and it was easier to create project and task templates. Plus, setting up recurring tasks. Love it.
